Mercure Versailles Paris Ouest

Fantastic staff, very helpful. Never saw anybody I thought was a manager, everybody just worked together so well. I'm an ex manager, so I noticed this. Breakfast excellent, huge choice of options, always extremely well laid out, whatever the time I had it. Great room, very clean. Good location, a couple of minutes from a bus stop, with easy access to the train stations and the City of Versailles. Shopping mall opposite was very handy.

Calm place. Bus stop in 2 steps. Shopping mall is in 3 steps.very pleasant receptionists.

The closeness to Hospital Parly 2 was my main concern, and it was walking distance. Additionally, it was walking distance from a main bus stop and the Westfield shopping mall! So getting groceries and small travel items were easy to do! If we would have wanted to go to the Palace of Versailles, the bus ride there was about 15 min - very easy. The breakfast was satisfactory and the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast staff was very kind and cheerful! The afternoon and evening front desk staff were kind and friendly as well!

Breakfast had a large selection of food,to suit all tastes. The room was cleaned daily,and coffee and tea replenished. The restaurant and bar were spotless, all staff were very pleasant and helpful. free secure parking was a bonus, I will return.

Great location for access to local sights, (we were driving). Shopping centre across the road for restaurants etc. The breakfast was superior in choice, quality and quantity. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice bar to have a drink or two.
